RISE and SHINE Coffee Shop Providing Warmth and Coffee!

Students in the Cheboygan High School MOCI classroom have been brewing up delicious beverages for CHS staff every Monday morning throughout the school year. Launched last spring, this classroom-based business has continued to grow in both popularity and offerings.

Staff members place orders through a Google Form, which are then converted into drink tickets. Students prepare, fill, and deliver each order, gaining hands-on experience in a real-world setting. Staff may choose to pay weekly or purchase a prepaid drink card for added convenience. RISE and SHINE offers hot and iced coffee, tea, and hot chocolate, along with a variety of flavored syrups and cream options.

We are grateful for the opportunity this classroom business provides for students to practice valuable life and job skills while serving our school community.
